Size One fixed cell size, used the same on every maze you make, is what guarantees a same-numbered piece from any board is truly identical to one from any other — see standardized piece sizes.
Maze size: 150 × 150 mm
Material & cut
Start & end Colored dot: reference only, not cut — place the marble by hand and lift it out at the end. Cut hole: an actual hole is cut so the marble drops in and stops there. More on start/end markers →

Cut & piece tuning
Every wall is built from standardized pieces (labeled by size, not a unique number) with tab feet โ how assembly works →
Left off, the two boundary walls at each corner just butt together, leaving a small unwalled gap. Turned on, they interlock with finger joints instead, so the corner closes fully โ but the corner pieces are then unique, not interchangeable with a same-size piece from elsewhere on the board.
Generation
Last seed used: –
Reloading the page (or generating again) always makes a new random layout unless a seed is set here.
Work area (optional)
Set these if your laser bed is limited โ you'll get a warning if the cut sheet grows too large.
Preview โ maze Click a wall line to toggle it — e.g. to open your own entrance/exit, or a shortcut. No physical opening is needed for start/end, you just place the marble there and lift it out at the end.
Summary
3D-printed corner clips (optional)
Small clips that go on the four corners of the maze. They can hold down a lid — a transparent sheet or other thin clear plastic — so the marble stays in while you play.
- Print 4, preferably in PETG: it flexes a little, so the clips snap on without cracking.
- Each clip is about 11 × 11 × 14 mm.
